UX SUPERPOWERS
Here's where I can make the biggest impact and drive results.
RESEARCH
Audits, user & stakeholder interviews, competitive analysis: through in-depth investigation, questions, and asking "Why?", I can make informed design recommendations based on synthesized data that reduce risk and drive success.
COMMUNICATION
I use my skills as a speaker, writer, and visual designer to conduct interviews, synthesize data, and present findings & recs to different audiences and stakeholders by providing context and telling a solid story. I also believe in building genuine connections with people I meet!
INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE
Context taxonomy, hierarchy, labels & names: I have a knack for looking at large amounts of information and content, and considering how to best organize everything so that it can be more easily understood, accessed, and used. (My husband calls me the "Organizer General".)
UX Copy / content writing
Finding the best voice, tone, and personality for written content so that brand stories and important info are conveyed clearly, concisely, and convincingly.
PRoject management & team leadership
Planning sprint timelines, organizing deliverables and deadlines, inviting stakeholders into the conversation, and bringing snacks: I'm able to provide structure and flow, set expectations, and encourage growth-mindset in work environments and team experiences.
Tracking sheets show the path of travel that each character (or "track") makes on stage at all major points of musical transition during the entire show from beginning to end.
This particular show, "Newsies", breaks down the show into 39 different musical parts, listed in sequential order, using over 365 tracking sheets.
